How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by location.

How long does it take to ship?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-4 business days to process before it's shipped out. This allows us to ensure the quality of your items before they're sent out, as well as prepare them for safe transport. Please note that processing times can be longer during peak shopping periods. This processing time is in addition to the shipping times.

For shipping times, please allow 12-14 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

Can I change my order's shipping address?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot alter the shipping address.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to get the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
