How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can use this link to track your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Clothing Sizing

How do I determine the size of your clothing?

You can find our size guide on our website for each product. It provides measurements and recommendations to help you choose the right size. However, we understand that sizing can be a concern, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we'll be happy to help you find the best fit.

Can you provide recommendations for the right size based on my measurements?

Of course! If you provide us with your measurements or usual clothing size, we can help you find the right size for our clothing items.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by location.

How long does it take to ship?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-4 business days to process before it's shipped out. This allows us to ensure the quality of your items before they're sent out, as well as prepare them for safe transport. Please note that processing times can be longer during peak shopping periods. This processing time is in addition to the shipping times.

For shipping times, please allow 6-12 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

Can I change my order's shipping address?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot alter the shipping address.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer free exchanges if there are any defects or quality issues with the products that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. We also offer returns and exchanges within the first 7 days of item delivery (14 days for EU). Check out more details on our basic requirements and how to start your request here.

Do you offer exchanges for items that don't fit?

We do, but only if they meet our requirements as detailed in our return policy here

How long does it take to get the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you have a physical store where I can try on the clothing?

We are an online store and do not have a physical location. However, we provide detailed size guides and personal consultation via chat to help you choose the right size. We do have plans to open physical stores in the future, follow our email newsletter to stay up to date.
