How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can use this link to track your order.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by location.
How long does it take to ship?
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-4 business days to process before it's shipped out. This allows us to ensure the quality of your items before they're sent out, as well as prepare them for safe transport. Please note that processing times can be longer during peak shopping periods. This processing time is in addition to the shipping times.
For shipping times, please allow 6-12 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

Can I change my order's shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot alter the shipping address.
Where are your products manufactured and shipped from?
Our pieces are sourced directly from manufacturers and independent fashion studios and brands across China. Some Chinese brands/suppliers we work with are MRCYC, CHICERRO, CUIBUJU, DAZO, HOZI. While we operate with a dropshipping model for many items, we are not a mass reseller of generic products.
Our mark up is to cover quality testing, sample testing, actual fulfilment of the products, customer service, returns, software, advertisements, marketing, and shipping internationally (which costs more than the product cost itself) while still trying to keep profit.
Every item in our store is handpicked. We personally review samples, assess fabric quality, check fit and sizing, and select only those pieces that reflect the Gentleman’s Seoul aesthetic — timeless, elevated, and on-trend.
We don’t manufacture in-house or claim full design exclusivity. What we do offer is the confidence that every piece on our site has passed a real selection process built around style, quality, and trust.
Why do your products have different tags?
We are a reseller of popular Eastern brands, and each brand may use their own distinct tags. The reason for this is that we collaborate with these brands to bring their designs to Western markets and provide exposure to Eastern fashion.
Are you guys dropshipping?
We source our pieces from a mix of suppliers from China. So yes, we do use dropshipping — but we’re not just reselling random items. We have worked with and selected only high-quality brands hence the pricing, which are very different to those you might see on Shein or AliExpress. Our reviews are testimonies for this.
Some Chinese brands/suppliers we work with are MRCYC, CHICERRO, CUIBUJU, DAZO, HOZI. While we operate with a dropshipping model for many items, we are not a mass reseller of generic products.
Instead, Gentleman’s Seoul acts as a curated bridge between Eastern design and Western wardrobes. We spend months handpicking standout designs from verified suppliers — focusing on fabric, construction, fit, and styling potential. We test samples, check sizing consistency, and only feature products that align with our aesthetic vision and customer expectations.
We don’t manufacture in-house or claim exclusivity over every design.
Are any of your models AI generated?
Yes, some of them are. This is because the model images we receive from our suppliers and local brands in China are not satisfactory. Also AI models brings our creative vision to life in a way that’s fast, flexible, and scalable — without compromising on style or quality. This lets us experiment with new looks, aesthetics, and concepts before moving into physical production or content shoots.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free exchanges if there are any defects or quality issues with the products that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. We also offer returns and exchanges within the first 7 days of item delivery (14 days for EU). Check out more details on our basic requirements and how to start your request here.
Do you offer exchanges for items that don't fit?
We do, but only if they meet our requirements as detailed in our return policy here
How long does it take to get the refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Machine wash cold with like colours. Do not dry clean.
Can you tumble-dry?
No. We recommend line dry in shade.
